Our youngest Northern Hope Gymnastics stars had a fantastic day at the *Athena Floor Competition*, showing that hard work, determination and teamwork really do pay off.
Competing in soaring temperatures, our gymnasts aged *just 5 to 7 years old* performed brilliantly throughout the day. For many, this was one of their first gymnastics competitions, but they approached every routine with confidence, smiles and determination.

The team achieved some fantastic *medal and ribbon positions*, but what impressed us even more was the way they represented Northern Hope Gymnastics. Every gymnast displayed excellent sportsmanship, listened carefully to their coaches, encouraged one another and behaved impeccably throughout the competition.
For many young gymnasts, stepping onto a competition floor for the first time can feel daunting. Watching our athletes grow in confidence, perform in front of judges and celebrate each other’s successes is exactly what gymnastics is all about.
Competitions aren’t just about results—they help children develop resilience, confidence, focus and friendships that last a lifetime. Every experience on the competition floor helps build skills that extend far beyond the gym.
