Acrobatics classes at Northern Hope

Our Inclusive Acro programme provides a supportive space for disabled gymnasts to thrive in acrobatic gymnastics. These low-ratio sessions are by invitation only, allowing us to tailor coaching to individual needs and ensure every child feels safe, valued, and included.
Gymnasts begin by warming up alongside our mainstream Acro squad, building confidence and connection as part of the wider team. After this shared start, they transition to our preschool room—a calm, quiet space designed to meet sensory needs and support focused learning.
Many of our Inclusive Acro gymnasts also choose to take part in regional and national competitions in floor, tumbling, and acro—proving that when the environment is right, every athlete can flourish.
