Acrobatics classes at Northern Hope
Mini Elite is a by-invite-only programme designed for promising young gymnasts in Reception to Year 2 who have shown excellent potential in our beginner sessions.
These gymnasts attend a 1-hour session each week, with limited spaces to ensure focused, high-quality coaching. The programme builds the strong foundations needed for future success in acrobatic gymnastics or tumbling.
During these sessions, gymnasts work on:
Fundamental skills and technique
Strength, flexibility, and body control
Presentation and performance quality
Mini Elite is all about preparing young gymnasts for the next step – developing the discipline, body awareness, and mindset required to thrive as they progress into Year 3 and beyond.
Gymnasts also take part in low-level floor competitions, helping them grow in confidence and gain early performance experience as a stepping stone toward our performance squads.
