Please note our beginner and pre school classes have a waiting list – you will receive an email when a spot is available.

We offer something for everyone:

Pre-School: For confident walkers up to school age (parent and child sessions)

Beginners: School-aged children with little or no experience

Mini Elite / Squads / Little Leapers: Invite-only, based on potential and age

MyClub: Drop-in for all abilities – no commitment required

Adult Gymnastics: For ex-gymnasts, fitness fans, or complete beginners wanting a different kind of workout!

All class days and times are available on the dedicated squad and class pages of our website. For drop-in sessions like MyClub, Stay & Play, and Adult Gymnastics, check out our Facebook page for weekly updates and times.

Class availability changes regularly. Please message us directly to check up-to-date availability and find out which classes currently have room. For drop-in sessions, no booking is required – just turn up and join the fun!

For beginners, comfy sportswear like leggings and a t-shirt is perfect – no need to buy kit straight away.

Squad gymnasts are expected to wear leotards, shorts, or fitted training wear to every session.

Yes! We offer discounts for siblings attending classes – just let us know when booking and we’ll apply it for you.
